How do I know which crystal is right for me?

We have explained the qualities of each crystal on each product page and which chakra and element the crystal relates to. If you have any specific needs or would like to know more about the healing properties of a particular crystal please get in touch, we would love to help.

How can I make a bespoke order?

If you have a specific request or would like your piece of jewellery personalised, please email us at hello@tildacrystals.com, and we will be happy to help create your perfect piece.

How do I care for my crystal jewellery?

Please keep your necklace/bracelet dry (remove before swimming or showering). Please also avoid contact with strong chemicals (some cleaning/skincare products). We recommend that you also remove your necklace before sleeping in order to protect the natural silk thread. 

Your crystals will be charged on a selenite plate before they make their way to you so they will be ready for your energy and intention. To charge your crystals, leave them in direct sunlight or moonlight for 24 hours. 

Can you do express shipping?

We ask that you allow up to 7 working days for your jewellery to arrive as every piece is made to order. If you need your jewellery faster than this please get in touch and we will do our best to work within your desired timeframe. 

Do you ship outside of the UK?

We currently only ship within the UK. If you live outside of the UK and are interested in purchasing a piece of jewellery please get in touch as we can look into shipping options on an individual basis.
